Solar Venus design

This is for the contest running at This is Celine reborn and transformed into Sailor Solar Venus. The character is property of :iconangelraye.

I went with the traditional venus costume and mixed it with the sailor V costume which had the cresent moons. To make it solar venus. I added a half risen sun on top of the moon and added new touches here and there.
